Deskbound Boot camp

Too busy to train? You can train before work or during your lunch hour. We have a unique bootcamp which will enable you to train with minimal space and maximum benefit. Feel refreshed, rejuvenated and ready for a productive day. This session can be altered to suit your workplace. No need for any equipment, our trainers will take you through an invigorating warm up followed by a series of body weight, core strengthening and resistance bands exercises, leaving you feeling energised and motivated.

During the 30 minute assessment, you will have the opportunity to discuss your fitness goals and create an achievable plan based on your current lifestyle followed by your first one to one session
